Today is the first day of Tim Holtz tags of Christmas blog series. I love how he teaches new techniques and designs dies for multiple uses. I have his seasonal ink pads and seeing the amazing things he does is such an inspiration    .http://timholtz.typepad.com/my_weblog/2011/11/12-tags-of-christmastag-1.html
I spent a lot of time downloading silhouette designs during the black friday sale. What I really want to work on is designing a t-shirt with rhinestones. I want to make a shirt to wear to my kids school sports. I am looking for a tutorial on how to use a true font and the silhouette designer studio to do some script letters, maybe even on a curve. If any one has some sources Let me know.

Taking a great portraiture class from Candice Stringham at Jessica Sprague.(Click Here if you want to know more) I am learning a lot now if I only had time to practice more. It has been all kinds of little details that make a shot and using natural light effectively. It has also been fun to visit the sites of many professional photographers, hmm maybe that is where some of my time has gone too. I have waited for this class to come back and I am really excited to use what I know for my daughter's senior pictures.

Click, Sew and Scrap

I am branching out, dipping a toe in the ocean of blogs, today I took the first step. I may not have all the cool gadgets, colors, fonts or pictures, but I am at least giving it a try. My goal is to share and gather fun ideas. I love to take photos, sew, make scrap pages both paper and digital, and create. I don't know it all I am just trying to enjoy the journey!
